The short answer is No. To ensure we align expectations with our customers we must know several key factors before we can give you pricing that is accurate. Seemingly simple changes to your order can have a considerable impact on pricing.

TOP 4 FACTORS THAT AFFECT PRICING

GARMENT

You get what you pay for when it comes to garment choice. A very wide range of quality standards exists, we prefer to work with items we would wear ourselves and have worn, washed and print tested.

DECORATION

We offer a variety of decoration options - each giving a unique look your garment and pricing varies between each option - that is why we request to meet with you to determine the best decoration type upon learning your preferences and/or requirements.

COLORS

IMPRINT

If you have a variety of colors in your design, this will increase costs for all decoration types except for digital transfer and sublimation. Multiple colors require additional consumables to be used during printing, and the setup time and requirements increase when you add colors.
Each imprint location will increase the cost of your order. The size of your imprint may also increase your cost depending on decoration type.

SETUP FEES

Each decoration type requires different equipment, tools, or processes prior to being able to be run. These fees are charged one time per design, per location.
SCREEN PRINT
SETUP FEE: $25 (per location per color)
INK CHANGE FEE: $10
CUSTOM INK COLOR FEE: $40
EMBROIDERY
DIGITIZING FEE: $45
TACKLE TWILL SETUP FEE: $100

ART FEES

Similar to a setup fee, our art fees cover the costs to prep your digital art files. This involves scaling, modifying, resizing, recoloring and potentially vectorizing depending on the state of the files received.

The first 30 mins of art prep are included in your pricing. If additional time is required for custom or complex designs or files, additional art fees are charged.

QUANTITIES

Our machines are engineered to maximize production, which means efficiency and optimal pricing begins at our minimums. As press times increase, so do efficiencies, which equates to savings. The setup fees paid also dissipate and minimally effect per piece pricing at higher volumes.
 SCREEN PRINT: 24 MINIMUM
EMBROIDERY & HEAT PRESS: 12 MINIMUM

Stitch Count

Stitch count refers to the number of stitches required to complete a logo or design. More stitches equals more thread and increased production time. The more stitches your design requires, the more expensive it will be. We have 7 different stitch count tiers (from 0-15,000+) and each tier has a price range associated to it.
