SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is a technique where mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multi-colored image or design.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is an art that has been used worldwide to embellish textiles for decorative and communicative purposes. In terms of form and aesthetics, embroidery adds color, texture, richness, and dimension.

SUBLIMATION

A unique printing process that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto material (usually polyester or a polyester mix). The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric for a soft feel. This means the dye is now actually part of the make-up of the fabric, which is why the design doesn’t bleed out in the wash, doesn't crack, peel or fade.

DIRECT-TO-GARMENT

Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a textile printing method. Unlike other printed methods, such as heat transfer or dye sublimation, DTG printing uses specialized ink in order to print directly onto the garment, using a DTG Printer. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. The resulting effect makes the design look worn. No screens or art separations required.

VINYL APPLIQUE

The Vinyl Applique process takes a vector image and runs it through a mechanical vinyl cutter, which cuts the design outline onto your choice of vinyl material/color. Excess vinyl is removed, and the image is pressed onto the garment.

DIGITAL TRANSFER

Stunning, full color high-definition logos and designs
are printed onto special clear films using digital water-based inks and a powder adhesive coating. The film is then laid onto the garment and heat pressed directly onto the garment. Offered in a variety of finishes and materials to suit your design; bright and vivid, soft opaque or even glitter. No screens or art separations required.
