SCREEN PRINTINGScreen printing is a technique where mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multi-colored image or design.

SUBLIMATIONA unique printing process that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto material (usually polyester or a polyester mix). The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric for a soft feel. This means the dye is now actually part of the make-up of the fabric, which is why the design doesn’t bleed out in the wash, doesn't crack, peel or fade.

DIRECT TO GARMENT Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a textile printing method. Unlike other printed methods, such as heat transfer or dye sublimation, DTG printing uses specialized ink in order to print directly onto the garment, using a DTG Printer. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. The resulting effect makes the design look worn. No screens or art separations required.
